Chapter 7: Magical Powers & Advanced Technology, Subsection 5
One may not abuse their advanced technology, magical powers, godly gifts or eldritch might to extort, haggle, lie or intimidate another. Additionally using their powers to pry open the minds of another is also considered as an abuse of magical powers, unless proper notice and authorization is given. Failing to comply with this law can result in lengthy sentences in prison and large fines as reimbursement for the damage done to the subject.
One may not abuse their advanced technology, magical powers, godly gifts or eldritch might to summon, conjure or create creatures that are dangerous, harmful or aggressive to the populace. Failing to comply with this law may result in a prison sentence, this can result in being incarcerated for life.
One may not abuse their advanced technology, magical powers, godly gifts or eldritch might to summon, conjure or create a creature of C’thonic essence, this also applies to the spreading of C’thonic influence and taint. One may not purposely spread corruption, infection, disease or other dangerous afflictions to another. Failing to comply with this law will result in imprisonment for life, being stripped from all rank and recognition and even execution.
Chapter 8: Conflict and Combat, Subsection 9
One may not murder, assault, or physically harass another, the defence of oneself is allowed if given proper cause or notice. Depending on the severity of the case one may be given a fine, a time in prison, or even both. Self
One may not steal, plunder or loot from another even in a case of the items having been left to the subject, they must wait until the procedures are all completed to collect the items. Depending on the severity of the case one may be given a fine, a time in prison, or even both.
One may not fight or commit combat in any non specifically appointed areas. Any combat outside of these areas will be seen as attempted murder and assault. Depending on the severity of the case one may be given a fine, a time in prison, or even both.
Chapter 9: Non-Humanoid Creatures, Subsection 3
One may not harm, maim or hurt any domesticated creatures if any of these creatures cause harm or damage the owner shall be put responsible for its actions. Failing to comply with this law will result in severe fines and long prison sentences.
One may not sell or breed creatures that are deemed dangerous or harmful without the proper registration and paperwork, all bred and sold creatures must be registered and given the proper papers. Failing to comply with this law can result in fines, prison sentences and the creatures being taken and released in a habitat natural to them.
One may not hunt or harm any creatures that belong to another, this includes livestock, working creatures, messenger creatures, mounts, pets and companions. Failing to comply with this law will result in vast fines and extensive time spent in incarceration.
Chapter 14: Crafting and Shop keeping, Subsection 27
One may not produce, trade or sell illegal substances outside of the Black Market. These substances include narcotics, illegal weaponry, tainted items, unstable magical or technological items. Failing to comply with this law will result in immediate suspension of any licenses, seizing of all contrabands, extensive time in prison and heavy fines.
One may not produce, sell, trade or give out magical, technological or other advanced items without having a license for all separate steps involved, this does not apply when within the Black Market. Failing to comply with this law will result in immediate shut down of the workplace and incarceration of all involved parties. Additionally, a heavy fine must be paid to the authorities.
One may not use slaves within their workforce, and all employees must be treated with respect and must be taken good care of. Failing to comply with this law will result in the immediate suspension of any licenses.
Offences - Minor, Major, Special, Martial and Capital offences
I. Crimes against Lords:
Assaulting Officials, and Nobles or impersonating a Lord: Special or Capital
Assaulting or impersonating an official or noble: Minor, Major or Special
Blackmailing an official: Depending on outcome may be minor or up to Capital. Martial court for the official blackmailed under any circumstances.
Bribery or attempted bribery of an official: Depending on outcome may be minor or up to Major. Martial court for the official bribed if he was caught after he accepted the bribe.
Murder of a Lord, official, or noble: Major or Capital offence
Using magic to influence a Lord without consent: Major and depending on outcome up to Capital
Using magic to influence an official without consent: Minor and depending on outcome up to Capital
II. Crimes against the City
Arson: Major or Capital offence, if there are no casualties then fines and hard labor for up to a year and no less than 2 months. (fines covering the cost of repairs plus any amount needed for the rehabilitation and reintegration of the citizens affected)
Brandishing weapons without due cause: Minor offence
Espionage: Major to Capital offence with Deep Detect Thoughts drilling from a Martial Court squad on the guilty party
Fencing stolen goods: Fine equal to the value of the stolen goods and Mark of Shame.
Forgery of an official document: Minor or Major offence, Mark of Shame and possible exile
Hampering justice: Minor and a minimum of a week of Hard Labor
Littering : Cleaning up and if repeated offender Hard Labor up to maximum 3 days. (Minor littering like throwing out very small amounts is only cleaning up)
Poisoning a city well: Special and/or Capital Offense, seizure of all assets until citizens or family of citizens are healthy or moral damages are paid in full.
Theft: Minor but depending on theft up to Major or even Special/Capital. Hard Labor for up to lifetime depending on the theft.
Treason: Martial/Special or Capital Offense
Vandalism: Minor offence and hard labor for at least 1 week or more if the vandalism takes more to clean up.
Using magic to influence an official without consent: Minor but depending on outcome up to Major
III. Crimes against Citizens
Assaulting a citizen: Imprisonment up to a week or hard labor for a month, Minor offence fines
Blackmailing or intimidating a citizen: Minor towards a Major offence depending on the outcome.
Burglary/ Robbery: Fines equal to goods stolen. Imprisonment between a month and 3 months or Hard Labor between 2 months to 6 months.
Damaging property or livestock: damages covering the cost of repairs or replacement plus up to 500 F
Disturbing the peace: fine up to 25 F
Murdering a citizen without justification: Capital Offense or hard labor up to 10 years, and damages up to Special Court Dispensation in Fidgets paid to the victim’s kin. (The Next of kin have influence over the matter of this is taken to the Capital Court or the Special Court)
Murdering a citizen with justification: If you are not part of the guild or any other law enforcement agency then you are considered a vigilante and subjected to fines up to 10.000 fidgets and hard labor for 6 months.
Slavery: Bodily Harm, Exile or Capital Offense Court depending on how many lives were affected.
Using magic to influence a citizen without consent: Mark of Shame, Minor Offense
Courts:
Low Court, High Court, Special Court, Martial Court, Capital Court
Low Court- Minor and some Major, maybe some few specials
High Court - Special and Major
Special Court - anything that does not fit within the others
Martial Court - Military, officials, politicians and special position nobles
Capital Court - Death offences only
Offences - Minor, Major, Martial, Special and Capital offences
List of possible punishments
Minor: Short imprisonment, Hard Labour (takes away all free time), + Fines between 100 - 10.000 fidgets, Mark of Shame

Major: Medium to Long imprisonment, Mark of Shame, + Fines between 5000 - 100.000 fidgets
(Dungeon Master and Above)
Special: Exile, Lifetime imprisonment, Bodily Harm, + Any fines value can be assigned by a special Judge, Mark of the Crusade, Marks of Shame (that also cost CP)
( Council or above)
Capital: Death, Mark of the Crusade
Martial: (The King is the judge) Any punishment can be given here

OC Info:
Imprisonment - full lock for X amount time. Short - 1 to 7 days, Medium - 7 days to 1 month, Long - 1 month to 12 months.
Hard Labor - RP lock for X amount of time (use specifics mentioned on the laws or use the Short/Medium/Long imprisonment values)
Mark of Shame - Made specifically for the crime you have committed, when you commit the same crime again the fines get increasingly higher, the severity can also rise. This may stop or slow down your progress in the political sector or Guild section of the city
Bodily Harm - Minus 1d3 to any stats for X amount of time (follow the same times as the imprisonment)
Mark of the Crusade - Special dispensation missions given from the King for Special or Capital offences that if completed remove the marks of shame and all offences are forgiven.
